Guitar lessons for children – Novi Zagreb
A children's guitar course in Botinec: short, clear steps, songs kids love and a teacher with plenty of patience. A guitar is waiting in the lesson.
What is the children's guitar course like?
Children follow the same 10-module programme as adults, just at their own pace and through songs they know. We start with holding the guitar, tuning and the first notes, then move through chords and rhythm to the first songs.
The course is taught by Filip Šindler. He has worked a lot with children and young people and has, among other things, played music with children with developmental difficulties. He has plenty of patience and loves passing on what he knows.

In the lesson your child plays our Harley Benton guitar, so you don't have to buy an instrument before you see whether they enjoy playing.Alone or in a pair
Your child can come alone or with a brother, sister or friend. The pair or small-group package costs €60.00 per person a month.Lesson times by arrangement
Lessons run in the afternoon, from 16:30 to 21:00, so the time fits easily after school and your child's other commitments.
What will your child learn?
- How to hold the guitar properly and tune it.
- How to use a pick and get a clean tone.
- How to read chord diagrams and tablature.
- The first major and minor chords and right-hand rhythms.
- How to play the songs they love.
How much do guitar lessons for children cost?
The one-to-one monthly package (4 × 60 min) costs €80.00 and the pair or small-group package €60.00 per person. A single lesson is €25.00. All prices are on the Prices page.

A lesson lasts 60 minutes and the monthly package includes four lessons.
Where do the children's guitar lessons take place?
In Botinec, Novi Zagreb – a few minutes from Arena Zagreb and close to Lanište, Remetinec, Blato, Sveta Klara, Brezovica, Odranski Obrež and Jaruščica.
